Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Driftmark Drafting Co, operated by Driftmark Holdings, LLC. Because our services involve digital document generation delivered after payment, refund eligibility is limited.
1. One-Time Purchases
All purchases are one-time payments per generated document. We do not offer subscriptions.
2. Technical Failures
If you paid but your document was not generated or delivered due to a verified technical issue, contact support. We will either (a) correct the delivery issue or (b) issue a refund.
3. After Document Generation
Once a document has been successfully generated and made available for download, refunds may be limited. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for verified technical failures or billing errors.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact support and we will promptly investigate and correct any confirmed billing error.
5. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue, please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the Service.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@driftmarkdrafting.com with:
- The email used at checkout
- The approximate purchase date and time
- A brief explanation of the issue
