Refund Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, duplicate charges, failed delivery issues, and purchase-related disputes are handled by Driftmark Drafting Co. Driftmark Drafting Co is operated by Driftmark Holdings, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a document, digital product, template, generated letter, or related service from Driftmark Drafting Co, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
1. Digital Product Policy
Driftmark Drafting Co provides digital document drafting products. Because our products may be generated, customized, previewed, fulfilled, delivered, downloaded, or made available shortly after payment, refunds are limited once a final document has been generated or delivered.
Digital products are different from physical goods. Once a document is generated, delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available through a secure link, the product is considered fulfilled unless there is a technical issue, duplicate charge, failed delivery, or other approved refund reason described in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis when one or more of the following circumstances applies:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- Payment was processed but the final document was not delivered
- A technical error prevented access to the purchased document
- The wrong document type was generated due to a system error
- We are unable to fulfill the purchased document product
- Another billing or fulfillment issue occurred and is verified by us
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or financial institution.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You no longer need the document after it was generated
- You entered incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information
- You selected the wrong document type or category
- You failed to review the preview, form inputs, or purchase details before checkout
- You expected legal, financial, tax, credit, housing, or professional advice
- A third party did not accept, respond to, approve, or act on the document
- The document did not produce a desired outcome or result
- You downloaded, accessed, copied, used, sent, filed, mailed, or relied on the document
Driftmark Drafting Co does not guarantee any particular result from the use of a generated document. We do not guarantee that a document will be accepted, honored, answered, approved, processed, or acted upon by any recipient, creditor, collector, landlord, tenant, employer, employee, business, agency, court, credit bureau, financial institution, or other third party.
4. AI-Assisted and User-Submitted Information
Documents may be generated using templates, automated workflows, artificial intelligence tools, and information submitted by the user. You are responsible for reviewing all information before submission and for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any generated document before use.
Refunds are not generally provided because a user submitted incorrect information, omitted important facts, misunderstood the document’s purpose, failed to edit the document before use, or expected the document to function as legal, financial, tax, credit, or other professional advice.
5. Preview and Final Document Delivery
Some products may include a preview, sample, draft, or watermarked version before payment. Previews may be limited, incomplete, watermarked, or otherwise restricted. The final document is generated or delivered after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
Once a final document has been generated, delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available, the order is generally considered fulfilled and non-refundable except where required by law or approved under this policy.
6. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that a billing error occurred, contact us as soon as possible at support@driftmarkdrafting.com.
Please include the email address used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, the document type purchased, and any available receipt or transaction information. If we verify a duplicate charge or billing error, we will take appropriate corrective action, which may include a refund of the duplicate or incorrect charge.
7. Failed Delivery or Technical Access Issues
If payment was successful but you did not receive access to your document, or if a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased document, contact us at support@driftmarkdrafting.com.
We may attempt to resend the document, regenerate the document, extend access, provide an alternate delivery method, or otherwise resolve the issue before issuing a refund. A refund may be considered if we are unable to provide reasonable access to the purchased product.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with a purchase, we ask that you contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks, payment disputes, reversals, and refund claims using available records, including transaction records, checkout records, document generation logs, fulfillment records, download records, email delivery records, access records, and customer communications.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving, accessing, downloading, copying, using, sending, filing, mailing, or relying on a generated document may result in account restrictions, access restrictions, collection activity where permitted, or other action allowed by law and our Terms of Service.
9. How to Request a Refund Review
To request a refund review, email support@driftmarkdrafting.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- The date of purchase
- The document or product purchased
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any receipt, confirmation, or transaction details available
We may request additional information to verify the purchase, review fulfillment records, investigate technical issues, or evaluate the refund request. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
10. Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. We do not control the timing of bank, card issuer, or payment processor posting schedules. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for an approved refund to appear on your account.
If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or otherwise unable to receive a refund, additional review may be required and refund options may be limited.
11. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date above and take additional steps to notify users where required by law. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase.
